CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

At the core of Malecon Group strength is its extensive experience and competency in preconstruction, estimating, and value engineering.  Early collaboration during the design phase adds value and enhances schedule control. During preconstruction, Malecon Group collaborates with architects, planners, owners, and subcontractors to develop the scope, budget, schedule and a strategic plan to ensure that the owners’ initial requirements are never lost along the design and preconstruction process.

PRECONSTRUCTION & VALUE ENGINEERING

As a construction manager, Malecon Group is committed to meet all of the client’s goals and objectives, and will coordinate construction oversight and reporting, safety and quality assurance, payment application processing, change management, FF&E facilitation, punch list coordination, and closeout and commissioning. The key to a successful project is to plan, communicate, collaborate and innovate throughout the entire construction process.
